AUVSI has negotiated a special discounted rate with the Omni Shoreham Hotel for attendees at $226/night single/double occupancy. Rooms at the prevailing government per diem rate are available for eligible government attendees.

Reservations made after 16 January 2012 will be on a space-available basis and the discounted rate may not be honored.

There are also a limited number of rooms available at the current government per diem rate. In order to qualify for this rate, attendees must be government employees with travel orders. Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before check-in date after which, there is a cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.
